23 July-Children's Day Camp Family Night

ALL CHURCH MEMBERS ARE INVITED to join us for this event. This is one of the more important
elements in the two-weeks of Summer Camp. This may be the first time some parents enter our facilities and we want them to meet the church, and that's us! This is not about the program or the free food; it's about our church (you and me) meeting and building relationships with people who live in the neighborhood. We need members to welcome visiting parents and families who join us for this annual celebration of God's gift of summer free-time.

15 August-A Community Conversation: Church 3.0

"The world has changed". It's one of my favorite lines from The Fellowship of The Ring. Not only had Middle-earth changed, but the world in which the story was written is changing. The paradigm shift we are experiencing is largely responsible for the lack of enthusiasm our world, our community, our friends and neighbors have for the Gospel. How we respond to this shift will determine the shape of things to come and perhaps even whether or not they will come at all.
